兹有深圳市大洋物流股份有限公司（以下简称“我司”或“公司”）原职员钟永军先生，因其个人原因，已于2023年3月31日办理离职手续并与我司解除劳动关系，且2024年9月1日起我司已与该职员解除竞业限制。

Mr. Johnson Zhong, a former employee of Shenzhen Neptune Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Our company” or “The company”), has completed the resignation procedures and terminated the labor relationship with our company on March 31, 2023 due to personal reasons. And our company has terminated the non-competition restriction with this employee since September 1, 2024.

现我司郑重声明，自2023年4月1日起钟永军先生已不在我司担任任何职务。同时，包括其在内的其他已离职员工，包括但不限于张利、钟永清等，对外进行的任何业务、承诺、活动等均属个人行为，不代表我司，我司不承担任何责任。

Now our company solemnly declares that Mr. Johnson Zhong has no longer held any position in our company since April 1, 2023. At the same time, any external business, commitments, activities, etc. conducted by other former employees, including him, including but not limited to Lina Zhang, Kevin/Alex Zhong, etc., are personal behaviors and do not represent our company. Our company does not bear any responsibility.
